How to Pit Fresh Cherries
This takes a bit more work, but it’s worth it, especially if you want to bake or cook with them later.
• Make sure to cover the front of you as the juice of the cherries will undoubtedly splatter all over you.
• Use a cherry pitter. Find them at any cooking supply or hardware store. Don’t fret if you don’t have one, a paring knife will do. (Use the tip of the knife to cut the cherry in half to take out the pit.)
Entertaining?
Cherries are a hit at any party!!! Wash them, put them in a beautiful bowl and serve. You’ll be the hit of the party. Just make sure you let them know where you got them… At Olson’s, of course.

Cut a lemon in 1/2 and squeeze over your hands. This will remove the cherry stains.Cherry Stained Clothes? Don’t worry. Use Spray ‘n’ Wash or a similar product while washing. Pre-spray and wash in cold water. The stains will come right out!
